Dr. Christina McGlashanChiropractic Specialist & Acupuncture Practitioner
Dr. Christina McGlashan is the clinic owner of ROC and has been practicing Chiropractic since 2004 after earning her Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. She went on to complete a specialty program in Physical and Occupational Rehabilitation as well as the Canadian Contemporary Acupuncture Program at McMaster University and is certified in Webster Technique, Custom Foot Orthotics, and Mental Health First Aid. She has received numerous awards for ROC and the care she has been giving to her patients since she graduated including the Clinical Skills Excellence award from CMCC and the Oakville Beaver's Readers Choice 2013, 2019, and 2020 in multiple categories.
Dr. McGlashan has had a life long drive to help people and through her patient centred approach to treatment has ensured each patient's health goals are met. She is trained in multiple techniques to help people of all ages with their nerve, muscle and joint concerns including:

Meera SenjaliyaRegistered Physiotherapist/Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist
Meera is a licensed, Registered Physiotherapist of Ontario since 2015 and an Occupational Therapist Assistant & Physiotherapist Assistant from Humber College. Her passion for health and fitness is what motivates her to help her patients. She believes in maintaining a healthy life style by eating right and exercising on a daily basis. She has a keen interest in performing mobilization on patients struggling with activities associated with daily living.
Meera has expertise in analyzing and treating musculoskeletal conditions; conservative management and post operative rehabilitation. She is eager to expand her professional knowledge base and is always looking forward to taking various continuing education courses. She is trained in manual therapy, manipulation techniques and has successfully completed Orthopaedic Division Level 1. She is also a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
Meera has also completed specialized training to treat pelvic floor issues. She is certified to treat male and female urinary incontinence and other pelvic floor dysfunctions. She believes common pelvic issues in women need to be discussed and treated, not just 'dealt with' without getting to the cause of the issue.
She also does Yoga to gain a better co-ordination between her mind and body. In her free time she enjoys dancing, spending quality time with her family and friends. Gardening is something she has recently gained a fondness for.
Dr. Maria GalantaiNaturopathic Doctor
Dr. Maria is a Naturopathic Doctor, currently registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario and a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
Prior to naturopathic medicine, she graduated from medical school in Romania. Her conventional medical training has shaped her views on the importance of evidence-based medicine and collaborative care, while her naturopathic training has taught her to look at patients holistically, taking into consideration not only physical symptoms but also psychological, social, environmental factors and spiritual beliefs.
As a Naturopathic Doctor, she strives to help individuals achieve and maintain optimal health. Her goal is to identify and treat the underlying cause of disease while addressing the symptoms with gentle, natural ways of treatment. In her practice, she uses clinical nutrition, lifestyle counselling, nutritional supplements, botanical medicine and acupuncture to support the body’s innate healing ability. She provides treatment plans tailored to the individual needs and actively engages patients in managing their own health.
Dr. Maria has a special interest in women’s health (irregular menses, pre-menstrual syndrome, thyroid disease, hormonal imbalance, PCOS, menopause), mental health (anxiety, depression, insomnia, ADHD, any stress-related issues) and digestive concerns (heartburn, bloating, inflammatory disorders, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, etc.). Dr. Maria has had success and enjoyed helping people improve their immune system, lose weight, improve fatigue and brain fog.

Sarah PodolskyRegistered Massage Therapist
Sarah has been practicing since 2012 after she graduated and is a licensed, Registered Massage Therapist of Ontario. She has also attained her 1st level in craniosacral therapy and is fully certified for Vodder lymphatic drainage massage. Sarah enjoys working with people of all ages, and uses a lighter approach to massage that is effective for myofacial release, but is more gentle than deep tissue massage.
Sarah recently achieved honorable mention in the 2018 Oakville Beaver Readers' Choice Awards for being voted one of the top 8 massage therapists in Oakville!
Helena PetrechovaRegistered Massage Therapist
Helena was first introduced to massage therapy as a member of the national track and field team in Slovakia, and learned first-hand the benefits of massage therapy through treatment of her own injuries. She now has over 17 years of healthcare experience in a variety of fields including physiotherapy and massage and uses her vast knowledge base to provide patients with a custom, tailored massage to meet their healthcare needs and goals. Helena is a licensed, Registered Massage Therapist of Ontario.
She uses a variety of treatment techniques including swedish massage, deep tissue, hydrotherapy, and remedial exercise to treat various musculoskeletal and neuromuscular disorders. Helena has also completed additional training in massage cupping, reflexology, hot stone therapy, pediatric Cranio-Sacral therapy, nerve mobilization, remedial exercise for the treatment of postural dysfunction.
Helena continues to be very active in track and field through participation in the world masters games, spartan games, and regular exercise.
