Strawberry Banana Shake

Ingredients:

Handful of strawberries or blueberries
 1 banana
splash of orange juice
1 cup of ice
1 tsp of protein powder, or flaxseeds or hemp seeds

Directions:

Place all the ingredients in the blender.
Cover and process until smooth.
Refrigerate and enjoy a refreshing drink.
