Ingredients:

1 large avocado
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of lemon or lime juice
˝ tomato
1 sprig of fresh cilantro
1/6 of jalapeno pepper (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Skin the avocado and mash it, mince the garlic in a garlic press and then add the garlic to the avocado mix. Add chopped tomato, fresh cilantro, chop jalapeno pepper in small pieces, lime juice, salt & pepper to the avocado.
Mix and serve chilled
